It's done!  I have to finish off that one end, but otherwise it's done.

Stockinette stitch with a yarn that changes thickness knitted on thin gauge needles.  Oh, and a cat paw.  They're helpful like that.

I got another few rounds on.  I am a little worried that the sock is going to be huge when it's finished.

This one is fun and I will probably continue with it.  I made it narrow like the white one.  It's kind of cool how the little puffs knit up.

Seriously how do people make socks with these.  At some point I will get faster right?  I am honestly hoping for that adjustable loom now because maybe if I can practice with smaller sock I will not be so discouraged.

I tried knitting with a funky textured yarn on large gauge needles.  It was an interesting experiment.  I'm not sure I will keep this going.  In fact I'm pretty sure I'm taking it apart.  Challenging experiment though.

I added a few more rows onto this.  I think I'm almost finished with it.  I tried it on and it almost hangs to a place I'm ok with.  It was much to short before despite looking like it was very long in all the pictures.

More work with the sock loom.  his think makes me feel clumsy.

It takes me 30 minutes just to go around this thing 3 times.  I'm going to ask for an adjustable one for Christmas so I can maybe practice on a smaller scale.

My newest toy is a sock loom.  I am frustratingly slow at it.  It takes much more mental energy and focus than I seem to think it should.

More knitting because it means I get to sit and zone out.

Suffering from jet lag and a week of horrible hotel sleep.  I think I did 4 rows and made more mistakes in those four rows than I care to admit.

More knitting.  Didn't get that far tonight.  I wasn't that into it so I admittedly focused more on the TV than on knitting.

Continuing on with the scarf.  I'm honestly not sure how long to keep it going.  It was only meant to be practice, but how do you know just where to stop when there's no preconceived purpose?

They're finished!  Well, at the least the knitting part is.  I have to finish off the end and weave them in but that's a quick job.  They fit well.  There are mistakes, but over all I'm very happy with my soft wrist warmers.

The second wrist warmer is almost done!  I put this project down for a long while.  Not sure why, I just did.  I'm hoping I can still remember how to do the thumb.

More knitting.  I get annoyed when I realize I've made a mistake, but I don't really feel I should undo it as it's now part of the piece.  Also, undoing it often means undoing several rows.

The scarf continues.  It goes all the way around my neck with a good bit of extra at this point.

Knitting knitting knitting.  Sometimes I want to work on it but it's just too hot.  When I do work on it it's only for a little bit of time.

Still going along with the scarf.  It feels like I never get very far with this when I work on it.  I feel like I sit there and go along and then I I look and I haven't really done anything.
